The mission of the Josephine County Assembly is to provide oversight and direction to our local government, hold accountability of our elected statemen, provide common lawful jural duties, and provide continuing education to the county citizens in living a common law lifestyle.
A Pronouncement of Our
Personal Declaration of Freedom
We, the People, sovereign people, in unity under the divine law of the Almighty Creator, shall provide for peace, safety and tranquility on the land known as Josephine, to the fullest extent now and hereafter granted by the “Josephine County Settlement Covenant”, “Declaration of Sovereign Intent”, Constitutions, laws of the United States and the State of Oregon. All Assemblies are trusts, and as such are ruled by equity. The “Josephine County Settlement Covenant” is the “Declaration of Trust” that is committed to responsible stewardship of all public property, and in defense of life and liberty of private property, to benefit all inhabitants of the County.
